More interesting than 4 billion mobile phone users end 2009: 60% in developing countries

This article proposed today by the European Information Technology Observatory notes that 4 billion users of mobile phones reached in 2009. But we knew this  in March 2009 with figures from the ITU, and that report provided the key focus on the fact that 60% of mobile phone users situated in developing countries. For example, 28% of Africans have mobile phones versus 5% as internet users. New frontiers!
