A well established German Manufacturer of high tech Medical Devices, is looking for SALES MANAGER FRANCE. The position reports to the Sales Director Europe and the General Manager. Timing: A.S.A.P.
The Company is growing with new applications. Technology and positioning of the Company is under top 5. Products are well known and approved (FDA etc.) across Europe and US. The products are used in the Endoscopic and operation high tech endoscopic application field.
Responsibilities: Conquer the French National Market
- sell/present the products (Doctors, hospitals, special medical institutes etc.)
- enerate a key client target list, market and competition research (positioning, pricing)
- generate new contacts rapidly
- represent the firm at medical fairs and exhibitions
- speak at special Medical days
- coach clients on how to best apply the product (added value selling), training
- seek out medical device distributors and open new sales channels
Must haves:
1. French native or excellent French speaker who has already lived in France
2. Medical, Medical Device and / or Pharma background
3. able to work with Doctors, CFO´S of key hospitals decision makers and other experts
4. professional sales experience
5. excellent sales, presentation and marketing skills
6. experience in leading distributors
7. German speaking or fluent English to communicate best with German headquarters
8. will to win over new clients anywhere in France
9. high percent of travel (approx. 70-80%)
10. good team playing skills
11. technical study background (Engineer, technician, etc.)
12. experience with bigger project business would be good
13. entrepreneurial profile to conquer your own new market
